Having a vehicle towed without your consent can be a confusing and scary process. In this situation the vehicle is towed because the owner is unable to consent. A driver is unable to consent either because they are going to jail, or are incapacitated as the result of a motor vehicle accident. In this case all that needs to be done is contact the agency that order the vehicle to be towed and they will direct you to the place that it is stored at.
